The webOS TV platform supports Web Inspector for debugging web apps. Web Inspector monitors your app running on a target device with the execution information. Web Inspector uses the Chromium browser as a default browser. To use the Inspector, you need to have Chromium installed, of which the version is compatible with the webOS TV version.
Generically speaking, if you have a smart TV running some recent version of Android TV, you can install a sideload launcher and download .apks (including Chrome) and run them from the launcher. For some reason, Google doesn't want you to actually be able to run Chrome on a TV, but you can. See if it has Firefox. Doubt it.
Enter the smart home screen and log in. Select the icon of the desired app to view its details. Check if the necessary functions or TV accessories are available for app installation. Press the [Install] button to download the app. Make sure that you don't turn off the TV or disconnect the network during the installation process.
