Po (Jack Black) As the star of the Kung Fu Panda series, Po is automatically the most obvious choice for the number one pick on this list. But even if he had only made a cameo appearance in either Kung Fu Panda or Kung Fu Panda 2, Po would still be a strong contender for the number one pick here. The character is instantly established as a
Po was able to react to cannonballs in Kung Fu Panda 2. In the third movie he fought and was able to put up a fight against as well as survive attacks from Kai who could destroy and move giant chunks of rock which looked to be at least 10 meters wide, long and high with his punches and blades.
Strength/Durability: My ranking is Kai > Tai Lung > Shen. Kai easily is the strongest among the three, he managed to destroy mountains in his base form while fighting Oogway and could deadlift two massive rocks as well as endure multiple chi attacks like they were nothing. Tai Lung is second strongest as he easily deadlifts two boulders, bashes
Tai Lung beats Shen through being much stronger, more skilled and faster. Kai has canonically beaten Tai Lung in the spirit realm as shown through him having a jade snow leopard on his belt.
Shen faced off with the Kung Fu masters Ox, Croc and Rhino and killed master Rhino with his new cannon weapon. In response to this Po and the Furious Five were send in order to stop Shen and his weapons. Po would eventually destroy Shenβs weapons and defeat Shen once and for all. Number 1: Tai Lung
Movie Ranking. Kung Fu Panda 2: It took everything I loved about the first one and made it even better. Only this time, the dark tone was well handled and provided a more emotional core. Plus it did a great job fleshing out Po's origins and his connection to Lord Shen, a great villain voiced wonderfully by Sirius Black himself Gary Oldman.
